Designing the structures, roles, and performance frameworks that make organizations function with clarity and purpose.
It is 10am. There is a draft competency framework on the table, three sticky notes from yesterday’s role-mapping session still on the wall, and a meeting with a department head in an hour. You already know which accountability boundary is blurry and why it is causing the problem they described. You have the job analysis literature in your head and the stakeholder’s priorities in your notes. This is the kind of morning that does not feel like work.
These roles sit within Agami itself. You will be part of the founding team at the center, working on live projects from day one.
You lead your projects from start to finish, with the autonomy to shape how the work gets done.
As part of the founding team, you will have opportunities to take on leadership as Agami grows.
You will work closely with SGTU's Board of Management, giving you the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with some of the best.
Expect lots of brainstorming, honest conversations, creative experiments, and continuous learning. We're building the kind of workplace we'd actually want to work in - open, thoughtful, collaborative, and a little unconventional.
Scan the QR code and fill in the application form. That is all it takes to start the conversation.
If you are not sure you meet every requirement on this list - apply anyway. Agami is being built for the future, and we are looking for people who want to help shape it, not just people who fit a template.
Applications reviewed on a rolling basis. All communication via the contact details in your form.
Agami - Sanskrit for “that which is arriving.” The future shaped by present action.
