Role 01 of 3  ·  Full-time  ·  Agami, SGT University

Organizational Development
& Performance Systems Specialist

Designing the structures, roles, and performance frameworks that make organizations function with clarity and purpose.

3–5 years experience
MSc / MA Organizational / Industrial-Organizational / Work Psychology
SGT University, Gurugram

It is 10am. There is a draft competency framework on the table, three sticky notes from yesterday’s role-mapping session still on the wall, and a meeting with a department head in an hour. You already know which accountability boundary is blurry and why it is causing the problem they described. You have the job analysis literature in your head and the stakeholder’s priorities in your notes. This is the kind of morning that does not feel like work.

01
What you will actually be doing
Organization Design & Role Architecture
Apply job analysis and job design methodologies to map role clarity, accountability boundaries, and reporting structures. Build competency frameworks. Support transitions during restructuring and enable capability-based succession planning.
Performance & Systems Design
Develop KPI and KRA frameworks and performance appraisal systems grounded in motivation and behavioural science. Facilitate adoption of 360° and development-oriented appraisal models.
Change & OD (Organizational Development) Interventions
Conduct change readiness assessments. Facilitate restructuring and alignment workshops. Support OD interventions across academic, HR, and operational units.
Reporting & Stakeholder Work
Prepare structured OD proposals. Maintain documentation of structural changes, competency models, and performance systems. Translate complex findings into clear recommendations that leadership can act on.

These roles sit within Agami itself. You will be part of the founding team at the center, working on live projects from day one.
